Ranju Minhas has developed an easy and effective method of managing basic kitchen waste by turning it to a valuable resource. She has conducted hundreds of workshops in schools, colleges, and communities and on Facebook live. She has successfully innovated an easy to use compost bin for urban homes. Her innovation Ranju Compost Bin has successfully been tested in more than 300 households. Ranju and her team offer continued support to new composting enthusiasts. This initiative is motivating more people to segregate waste and join the composting community.
